অতীব জনপ্রিয় আমি, স্বনামে বিখ্যাত,
কুখ্যাতিতে বলিয়ান আমি, ইতিহাসে কলঙ্কিত;

মূল্যবোধ হারিয়ে আমি, জনপ্রিয়তায় অধিষ্ঠিত,

I am very popular, unwanted in society,
Unwelcome in association, exalted in obscenity;
I am very popular, famous as celebrity,
