সেই বাতাসে পর্যাপ্ত অক্সিজেন আমার অধিকার!
আচ্ছা, শিল্পায়ন তোমার অধিকার। মানি , তবে–
কার্বন নি:সারণ, পরিবেশের ক্ষতি-
তাও কি তোমার অধিকার!
কোন যুক্তিতে?
সব শিল্পোন্নত দেশ, গবেষণা বাড়াও-
পৃথিবী থেকে দ্রুত কমে যাচ্ছে অক্সিজেন!
কিন্তু, দুষণমুক্ত বাতাসে আমার পর্যাপ্ত অক্সিজেন চাই, চাই, চাই।
ক্ষতিপুরণ-চাইনা! অনুদান- চাইনা! ঋণ- প্রশ্নই আসেনা!
চিন্তা করো মোদাচ্ছের,
আমার অধিকার করে খর্ব-
কিভাবে করবে তুমি, তোমার উন্নয়নের গর্ব?
