এক ঝাঁক আলতাপরীর চমক উড়ান দেখে ভাবি -
লাল সৌদামিনীর কাছে আছে সুখের ঘরের চাবি।
জানালায় মেঘের চাদর গায়ে আমার প্রেরণা ভেসে আসে।
কফিতে চুমুক দিয়ে প্রশ্ন করি, সে কি আজও ভালোবাসে ?
রূপোলি ঝর্ণার ধারে পাহাড়ি অরণ্য ঘুরে এসেছো তুমি।
দুধের সরের মতো হালকা মেঘ দেখেছে ক্লেদাক্ত সমতল ভূমি।
মেঘ চোঁয়ানো আলো এসে পড়েছে উড়ন্ত সব শব্দের ওপরে।
অনেকদিন পর তোমাকে ডেকেছি তোমার ডাকনাম ধরে।
এসো রোদ্দুরমালা, ডিমের কুসুমের মতো নরম জ্যোতিতে -
শব্দ জোড়া দেবো। বিরতিও হবে রতির মতো জীবন্ত যতিতে।
