সত্য মিথ্যা বিচার করা
হয়তো কঠিন ব্যাপার;
সঠিক চেতনা থাকলে পরে
সহজ হয় সবার।

অচেতনরা পারে না ভাবতে
কঠিন হলে কাজ;
বিশেষজ্ঞের মত প্রয়োজন
মুছতে গেলে লাজ।

আমরা সবাই কোন প্রজাতির?
হই আবেগ নির্ভর;
ধৈর্যের বাঁধন ভাঙবেই তাদের
এটা বোঝা দরকার।

দেইনা সময়, পারিনা ভাবতে,
তাইতো হুটোপুটি;
দাবার চাল চলতে গিয়ে
চালে ভুল ঘরে গুটি।

মাত হয়ে যায় জীবন যুদ্ধে
দেখছি অহরহ;
তাই পরনির্ভরতা বেড়েই চলে
যেন দাবদাহ।

To judge the false from what is true
May seem a task for just a few;
Yet when the mind is rightly stirred,
The truth shines clear in every word.

But those asleep in thoughtless trance
Can't face the storm, won’t take a chance;
To wipe off shame, to stand upright—
They need a sage to lend them light.

What kind of breed are we, I ask?
So ruled by whims, we shirk the task.
We lose our calm, our patience breaks—
And reason shudders, trembles, shakes.

No time to pause, no space to think,
We rush ahead to ruin’s brink;
Like careless hands in hasty play,
We misplace pawns and lose the way.

Checkmated in life’s brutal game—
The story’s old, the end the same.
And so we lean on others’ might,
While burning in our borrowed plight.
