আছে আমাদের ধারণায়
প্রকৃতি তাই বলে দেয়;
দিন যায় রাত আসে
আর জীবন দাঁড়ায়ে হাসে
শুধু সেই সময়ের অপেক্ষায়।
প্রকৃতির স্বভাব যখন যে হারায়
গভীর আঁধারে ক্রমে ডুবে যায়
কেউ হাসে কেউ কাঁদে;
সত্যের বাঁধনে বাঁধা থাকে যারা
আলোয় আলোকিত হয়ে থাকে তারা
পড়েনা ধরা কোন ফাঁদে।

Everyone we know
Nature says so.
Day goes and night comes
And life stands and laughs
Just waiting in the row.
When the constituent qualities of nature is lost
It gradually sinks into deep darkness
Some laugh some cry;
Those who are bound by the bonds of truth
They are illuminated by light
Never fall in any trap.
