নদীর মোহনায় দাঁড়িয়ে কাঁদে বন্দি শিবিরে আয়া
উতলা নদী বিধৌত পলিতে হাসে মানবিকতার জায়া

হৃদয়ের প্রকোষ্ঠে অবগুণ্ঠিত আবছায়া,
হিংসা, ক্রোধ, জিঘাংসা, দয়া আর মায়া

ঐ কায়ার ছায়ায় দাঁড়িয়ে আছে রুদ্ধ জাতির হায়া
