দীর্ঘযাত্রায় চালিয়েছেন নিরপেক্ষ, আইনের রথ,
ভাঙ্গেন নি কথার শপথ,
তবুও কেন যে চলছে কথার দ্বৈরথ?
সাগরের পানি ফুঁসছে, আঁধারে জেগে থাকে অসৎ,
ডুবেনি মনুষ্য বসত,
মৎসকন্যারা পড়ে আছে মৃতবৎ,
কেন বিব্রত হতে হবে মন্মথ? অনুধাবনে ব্যার্থ কৈতব (শঠতা),
বর যে দিয়েছেন অযোধ্যার রাজা দশরথ,
লজ্জার ক্লান্তিতে বিব্রত শুধু শ্বেত শুভ্র কপোত।।
Embarrassed Dove
Nurul Huda, showed the enlightened road,
In the long march of his ethics and code,
Drove the chariot in lawful and neutral abode;
Did not break the oath of cards but why duality of birds?
The water of the sea is blowing stark,
Wicked people are awake in the dark,
The human kind has not drowned,
The mermaids are lying frowned,
Why should Cupid be embarrassed?
