কিছুটা বিশৃঙ্খলা, কিছুটা মিছিল-মিটিং,
কিছুটা আন্দোলন আর কিছুটা সমর,
কিছুটা গণতন্ত্র, কিছুটা স্বৈরতা-বৈরিতা,
কিছুটা ফৌজিদের কক্ষে আবৃত নোঙর,
কিছুটা বন্যা, কিছুটা খরা-ঘূর্নিঝড়
আর কিছুটা জলোচ্ছ্বাসে নিমজ্জিত সদর
যুদ্ধে যুদ্ধে এলো মুক্তি ভ্রমর।
সুদীর্ঘ মনুষ্য জীবন নয়ত অমর
কিছুটা বিদ্রোহ, কিছুটা হত্যা-গুম-সন্ত্রাস
কিছুটা পথ-ঘাট-সেতু, আর কিছুটা উন্নয়নের বহর,
অনাবিল সুখ, আনন্দ ছিল কাংখিত
আসেনি উড়ন্ত পাখী আর অমিত মুক্ত ভ্রমর
কিছুটা আশা, কিছুটা নিরাশা-আনন্দ-অভিলাষ
এভাবেই চলছিলো জীবন, সুখ ও দুখের নহর
চকিতে ধরনিতে এলো অতিমারির খবর।

এলো ধেয়ে করোনা, এক দুরন্ত চৈনিক ঝড়,
দেশ থেকে দেশে, বিশ্বব্যাপিয়া তুলে মৃত্যু কিন্নর
দীর্ঘতম সৈকতে ফিরে ফিরে আসে, তরংগ অঝোর
দুরন্ত প্রলয়ে, শূন্যে আকাশে ভাসে আত্না প্রবর
এবেলায়, এসেছে ভালে, অমিক্রন জবর
ভেবেও ভাবেনা মানুষ, জেনেও জানেনা খবর
অজানা ভবিষ্যতে সমর্পিত মনুষ্য জীবন, নয়ত অমর।।

Some Chaos, Some Procession-Meetings,
Some Movement and Some War Martial,
Some Democracy, Some Dictatorship-Enemity
Sometime anchored in Cantonment portal,
Some Floods, Some Cyclone-Draughts
Sometimes submerged in tidal wave monumental
Bumble bee of Independence came after the war brutal.
Human life is long but not immortal
Some Rebellion, Some Murder-Disappearance-Terror
Some Roads-HIghways-Bridges, and Some fleet developmental,
Unlimited Joy and happiness was desired
Flying Birds and immeasurable bumblebees did not come reasons political
Some Hope, Some Despair-Joy-Desire
This is how the river of life was flowing with happiness and sorrows eternal
The news of Pandemic came in quick snorkel.
Human life is long but not immortal
Came rushing, a great Chinese criminal
From country to country death and dying fatal
The endless waves, back to the longest beach petal
In the catastrophic flood, the souls become orbital
Now, the Omicron has appeared in the frontal
People think, even if they know, they don't know the portal
