আমার চারপাশে জমে আছে, স্তূপীকৃত আবর্জনা,
সমাজটা হারিয়েছে স্বাভাবিক দীপ্তি, কোন ঐশ্বর্য্য অবশিষ্ট নেই,
দিনে দিনে অবক্ষয় মেলেছে হিংস্র ভয়ংকর ডানা;
সততা, মনুষ্যত্ব, বিবেক, অনুভূতি, এই সমাজে হারিয়েছে সহজাত খেই,
কোথাও কেউ মানছেনা কোন মানা,
রাজনীতি হারিয়েছে দূরদৃষ্টি, নেতৃত্ব বন্দি চিন্তার সীমানাতেই।
বিচারালয়ে চলছে প্রহসন দুর্নিবার,
ধর্ম হয়েছে ব্যাবসার প্রধান হাতিয়ার, কোন গৌরব অবশিষ্ট নেই,
রাজনীতি মেলেছে তার দানবিক পাখা,
আসনে আবিষ্ট রাক্ষস মেলেছে সহস্র শাখা, সমাজ হারিয়েছে সৌরভ দিগন্তেই,
দুর্নিতির করাল গ্রাসে, নিমজ্জিত সমাজ আজ নিদারুণ সংকটে
মনুষ্যত্ব! সাগরের অতল গহ্বরে নিষ্পেষিত মন্দ শকটেই।
সমাজকে এই সংকট থেকে বাঁচাতে হবে
এগিয়ে আসতে হবে, সচেতন মানুষ নীরবে কিংবা সরবে এই হেমন্তেই
সততা, মনুষ্যত্ব আর বিবেককে জাগাতে হবে
বিসর্জন দিতে হবে, সকল স্বার্থ, অহং, দর্প, দীনতাকেই
চাইনা অবক্ষয় আর থাকুক সমাজে এই বেলাতে
গৌরবে জেগে উঠুক সমাজ, এই মেলাতেই।।
Society in Crisis
Day by day Garbage has piled up around me,
The society has lost its natural brilliance,
No splendour in the ground,
Day after day the ferocious wings of decay has spread;
Integrity, Humanity, Conscience, Feelings,
Lost Instinct in this Society, No one obeys anyone
Politics has lost its foresight,
Leadership is captive on the verge of thinking.
The Judiciary is running a farce,
Religion has become the main tool of Game,
No glory around,
Politics unveiled it's monstrous hand,
The demon in the throne has unfolded it's thousand dices
Society has lost it's hue in the horizon,
In the throes of corruption, the submerged society is in dire state
Evil shocks have crushed humanity in the abyss of the sea.
Society must be saved from this crisis
We have to come forward,
Conscious people must raise their voice aloud in this autumn
Honesty, Humanity and Conscience must be awakened
We have to give up all selfishness,
Sacrifice ego, pride and leanness
We don't want our values to decay any more
Let the society wake up in it's own glory like before.
