When I voice my views, my government strikes,
But the Western world lends a supportive hand.
They pressure my nation to let me speak,
Yet impose constraints and punishments unplanned.
It's a democratic right, not to be curtailed,
We embrace all speech, no matter how frail.
Even when directed against Muslims, we stand by,
In contrast, Mr. Democracy, where do you lie?
You, the supposed lord of humanity and democracy,
In your universities, where dissent meets brutality.
Young minds expressing discontent, met with force,
A grotesque showcase of democracy off course .
Shameless hypocrisy, what a sorry sight,
Ha, ha, ha, a mockery of freedom's light.
