শূন্য মদের পেয়ালা পড়িয়া,দাওহে ভরিয়া সাকি,
জীবন মদিরা পান করে নেই,আয়ু নেই বেশি বাকি।
বেহেস্তে গেলে পাব শরাবুন তহুরা,আল্লাহ বলেছেন খোদ;
দোযখে গেলে কিছুনা জুটিবে,কেন বাকির আশায় থাকি।
মমানুবাদ
Oh! my sweet saki,Oh! my love,please fill up the cup with wine,
I again say please,let me drink to the lease,at the end of life of mine.
Allah promised to provide endless Sharabun Tahura in heaven;
I will get nothing in hell,why shall I leave now the drinks super fine?
