লক্ষ্য তোমার সত্যিই উৎকৃষ্ট, অতি অপূর্ব
প্রত্যাশা যেহেতু পৌঁছা এক সুরম্য গন্তব্য।
প্রতীক্ষায় দাঁড়িয়ে তব হয় সময় ক্ষেপণ
কখন আসবে দ্রুতগামী যান এ স্টেশন।
“আস্‌লেই পলকে উড়ে যাবো আমি সেথা
পৌঁছুবো আদি সে স্বাপ্নিক নিবাস যেথা!
অধিষ্ঠিত হবো সুমিষ্ট কল্লোলিত প্রস্রবণে
পুষ্প-পল্লবে শোভিত মনোরম উদ্যানে!
তারপর কেবলই প্রাপ্তি, শান্তি আর সুখ
কার সাধ্য, পারে করতে তা থেকে বিমুখ!
ওরা জ্বলে, জ্বলুক- প্রজ্বলিত দগদগে লাভায়
আমি থাকবো তবু নির্ঝরীনির পার্শস্থ বৃক্ষছায়”।

ভুল ভাবছো বন্ধু, ভুল!
তুমি যে দণ্ডায়মান এক ভুল স্টেশনে
থামে না ট্রেন কোনো এ প্লাটফর্মে,
নেয় না কভু এমন কাউকে সে তুলে টেনে
কৃপণ অথচ লোভাতুর যারা সুখ-সঙ্গমে।
ভুল প্লাটফর্মে দাঁড়িয়ে কেউ সঙ্গীহীন
পেয়েছে কী পথের দিশা কোনোদিন?

দাঁড়াও সে স্টেশনে-
যে স্টেশনে হয় অযুতের আনাগোনা
যে হাটে হয় দয়া-মায়ার বেচাকেনা
সুখ-অসুখে হয় যেথা পরস্পরের সাথী
পরোপকারে হয় সবে যবে স্বেচ্ছায় ব্রতী
কারো সাথে নেই যদিও কারো পরিচয়
বিশ্বাসেই বুঝে, “সে আমার আপন কেউ হয়,
উচিৎ আমার তাই নিশ্চিতকরণ তার কুশল,
না কষে অংক, না খুঁজে প্রাপ্তির যোগফল”।


ভাবো তো একবার! তুমি কী কভু-
দাওনি ফিরিয়ে কাঙালের হাত অবজ্ঞায়,
ভাঙ্গোনি কারো মন নিতান্ত অবহেলায়,
যাওনি এড়িয়ে দাবী কারো স্বার্থপরতায়,
কাটাওনি সময় কোনো পরের সমালোচনায়?
‘হাক্কুল ’ইবাদ’-এ ঘাটতি তোমার কতটুক,
পাবে যে পরম প্রশান্তির নিশ্চিত সুখ?

অস্বীকার না হয় করলে সবই আজ জ্ঞাতসারে
মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করবে তা হাশরের দিন কী-করে  
ভাসবে যখন সবই বিধাতার সিসিটিভির মনিটরে
‘ক্বালব’ তোমার রেখেছে যা সচিত্র ধারণ করে?

তবে হবে পূরণ তব কাঙ্ক্ষিত প্রত্যাশা
যদি জ্বলে অন্তরে সদা মৈত্রীর ভাষা
ধর্ম, বর্ণ, লিঙ্গ, বিশ্বাস, কর্ম নির্বিশেষে
যাও যদি সকলেরে অমলিন ভালবেসে!
খুঁজো আপন ত্রুটি যদি শোধরাতে আপনারে
নয় তাদের, যারা আছে ঘিরে তব চারধারে!

এক স্রষ্টায় বিশ্বাস হবে তবেই কেবল সুসংহত
বাসি যদি প্রতিটি সৃষ্টিরে তাঁর ভালো অবিরত!
স্বার্থহীন কল্যাণ-হস্ত করি যদি সদা প্রসারিত
লভিবো ফসল কর্মের তরে সেদিন অবারিত!

১। হাক্কুল ’ইবাদ = ব্যক্তি মানুষের অধিকার। যেমনঃ কারো প্রাপ্য পাওনা (অধিকার, অর্থ ও সম্পদ), জমা রাখা অর্থ, গোপন কথা ও বিশ্বাস (আমানত), প্রতিজ্ঞা, উত্তম আচরণ ইত্যাদি। এর যে কোনো একটিও লঙ্ঘন করলে তার জন্য কেবল সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তির কাছ থেকেই ক্ষমা চেয়ে নেয়া যায়, আল্লাহ্‌র কাছ থেকে নয়।
২। হাশরের দিন/ সেদিন = শেষ বিচারের দিন।
৩। ক্বালব = অন্তরাত্মা।

The Goal

Your goal is truly noble, a vision so bright,
For your hopes reach towards a grand, shining light.
Standing in waiting, time slips away,
When will the swift train come and stay?
“I’ll fly there in the blink of an eye,
To the dreamland where I’ll touch the sky!
I’ll settle by the sweet, bubbling stream,
In gardens of flowers, where all is serene!
Then only will come peace, joy, and bliss,
Who can turn away from such happiness?”

But dear friend, you are mistaken, you see,
You’re standing at the wrong station, not where you should be.
No trains come to this platform, none arrive,
They don’t pick up those lost in selfish drive.
Greedy for pleasures, yet empty inside,
What has such a soul found, standing in pride?

Stand instead at the station true,
Where countless souls pass through,
Where kindness and mercy trade hands with care,
Where joy and sorrow together share.
Here, selfless acts are done with grace,
In service to others, all take their place.
Though no names are known, no faces familiar,
In trust, you know—each one is a dear.

Think for a moment, my friend, have you
Ever dismissed the beggar’s hand, cruelly untrue?
Ever broken a heart with careless disdain?
Ever turned from another's selfish gain?
Have you wasted time in gossip and spite,
Or ignored the need for justice, despite?
How much "Haqqul Ibad" have you left undone,
And where will you find peace when judgment’s begun?

Don’t deny, for today all’s known,
In the Day of Judgment, truth will be shown.
When everything’s watched by the Creator’s eye,
What’s hidden in your heart will be laid bare to the sky.

Only then will your true desires be fulfilled,
If in your heart, love and kindness are instilled.
Beyond religion, caste, gender, or creed,
If you love all, with selfless deeds.
Look within to mend your flaws,
Not at those who surround, with their cause.

Only when you believe in the Creator, united and whole,
Can you see all creation, with love in your soul.
If you stretch out your hand, for the good of all,
Then will your harvest be a bounty, standing tall!

(1. Haqqul Ibad = Rights of the people, such as a person’s dues, wealth, trust, promises, and good conduct. Violating these rights requires seeking forgiveness from the person concerned, not from Allah.
2. The Day of Judgment = The day of final reckoning.
