সেসটিনা কবিতার ফর্মের একটি বিশেষ শাখা | পড়তে গিয়ে যেটি উল্লেখযোগ্য মনে হয়েছে, সেটি এই , পুরো কবিতাটি একটি মুহূর্তের বিশ্লেষণ হতে পারে, যেটি হয়তো পুরো স্তবক গুলো জুড়ে, প্রথম ভালোবাসার কোনো অনুভূতি , দুঃখের মতো কোনো বোধ , আপনজনের মৃত্যুকে ঘিরে , এসব অনেক কিছু নিয়ে আসতে পারে | ঊনচল্লিশটি লাইন জুড়ে একটি মাত্র অনুভূতির বিশ্লেষণ খুব গভীর একটি বোধ | আবার উল্টো টাও হতে পারে , কবিতা মাত্রই দুঃখবিলাসী , কোনো দুঃখ যা হয়তো ফুরিয়ে যাওয়া উচিত, তা ছয় ছয়টি স্তবক জুড়ে আসছে, এটাও বোঝায় কবির ইচ্ছে বা অনিচ্ছের জগতে, অনুভূতি গুলো কতখানি আগ্রাসী |

"Sestina
A complex French verse form, usually unrhymed, consisting of six stanzas of six lines each and a three-line envoy. The end words of the first stanza are repeated in a different order as end words in each of the subsequent five stanzas; the closing envoy contains all six words, two per line, placed in the middle, and at the end of the three lines. The patterns of word repetition are as follows, with each number representing the final word of a line, and each row of numbers representing a stanza:
